Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Wild Leaf Journal is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@wildleafjournal.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage.
