Founder of Wildleaf Journals, creating guided herbal study journals for practical learn

Wildleaf Journal emerged from my own journey into kitchen Herbalism, a practice rooted in curiosity, experimentation, and respect for plants.

I created these journals as a companion to that exploration, a place where knowledge and creativity intersect.

Why I Created Wildleaf Journal

Wildleaf Journal began from a simple frustration: kitchen herbalism can quickly become overwhelming.

Between scattered notes, screenshots, books, recipes, and loose papers, it became difficult to keep herbal study organized in one place.

I created these journals as a practical tool for recording herbal profiles, remedy formulations, tea blends, tinctures, observations, and study notes in a beautiful, structured, easy-to-use format.

The goal was never perfection. Just a calmer, more intentional way to learn one kitchen herbalism, one plant at a time.
