Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our printed products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Please review all product descriptions, photos, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wildleafjournal.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws. Items must be unused and in original condition.
